Watch Retro American Porn Movie Mirage (1991). “Mirage” is the opening of a 2-part feature from VCA Pictures which has Eric Edwards. This movie tackles a complicated mystery tale that cleverly mixes fantasies and reality in the mind and erotic dreams of heroine Ashlyn Gere. Set in the publishing world, with Gere working as a reader for boss Peter North, the story is filled with dualities and ironies. This fascinating structure, including plenty of interesting dialogue and plot exposition, supports a dozen XXX scenes doled out throughout the two features. Besides Gere, Nina Hartley looks fabulous, stealing prominence in Part I with her outdoor sex scene with Mike Horner. Finally, waking up from one (of many) erotic dreams/nightmares, Gere exclaims: “This is getting ridiculous!”.
